TERMS OF SERVICE

*By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the folowing terms:

GENERAL TERMS*I have the right to decline any commissionI will not draw anything I consider:
- Pedophilia
- Zoophilia
- Necrophilia
- Hateful or Ignorant Content
- Scat, Gas, and Urine Fetishes
- Inflation fetishes
I will draw:
- Vore
- Oral Fixation
- Science/Tech Fetishes
- Bondage
Any other fetishes should be free-range, but be sure to ask first.Time
The time for your commission to be completed will vary. I'll give you an estimate after I have completed a rough draft of the piece. Keep in mind that this is still an estimate, and will vary more given my work schedule.I will continue to supply WIPs as they are asked and work with you on anything you'd like fixed or changed.Ordering CommissionsWhen describing what you want be as clear and as concise as possible. If difficult to do so, I will do my best to accommodate and work with any language barriers.
I ask that you provide at least one visual reference for any characters, preferably being easy to see a clear color or pattern.If you don't have any references, please tell me! I may charge more if I have no source image. I'll accept colorless references and not charge more, but I consider no reference borderline character creation. Describe what I'm working with and I'll guide you through describing any extra details I'll need.I'll need a way to directly contact you, so please provide one when ordering. I can do that through any of my contacts, but let me know if you'd prefer a different one.Payment & Refunds
Payment is required after I send a rough draft. I will continue with the commission once I can confirm that I've received the full payment.
Do NOT charge back after I confirm it. I'll drop the commission and block you.I only accept payment via Paypal.
I can wait for payment for up to a month, but keep in mind I won't start until I receive payment. After that month I cancel the commission.I will give you a full refund if I have to personally cancel the commission.
If you decide to cancel it during any process of the commission's completion you will receive a partial refund:Completed line-art 75% refund
Completed coloring 60% refund
Completed shading 40% refundIf the drawing is completed and you ask for a refund, you will not receive a refund.Delivering & Reposting Commissions
When the commission is completed I will email the project to you or send it via Discord. If the drawing is more than 25MB or you can't receive it via email let me know and I'll work with you to send it via other methods.
The image will have my artist's signature. Do NOT remove it, or claim the piece as your own.You can post the drawing wherever you'd like, all I ask is to be credited for the work.
I also have the right to post the final artwork on any of my social media platforms.Exceptions to this rule include:- If you don't want it posted online and don't post it yourself.
- you'd prefer not to have it posted on a particular social media.
- NSFW would only be posted on Furraffinity with permission to do so.I will respect these wishes to the fullest extent.If you don't want to be tagged or mentioned as the commissioner I will label it as an anonymous commission before posting.Stolen Work
If you decide to steal my work and claim it as your own I will find out and I will do everything in my power to take the work down at that time. I take this on a 3 strike basis.
- 1st Strike: I will take the post down
- 2nd Strike: Prevent you from posting it without credit again
- 3rd Strike: Block you and warn other Artists
